Brocket Hall provides a vast number of beautiful function rooms and can host private dinners and parties for 12 to 150 guests. Choose from the grand setting of the Ballroom or for the more intimate settings afforded by the Dining Room or the Family Dining Room.
The Saloon, or Ballroom, is 60 feet in length and was furnished by the flamboyant first Lord Melbourne to entertain royalty. Illustrated is the second Lord Melbourne's banqueting table at which, as Prime Minister, he entertained royalty and heads of state. The table seats a maximum of 54 guests and, to complete the setting, musical accompaniment can be arranged. It was at this table that Lady Caroline Lamb arranged for herself to be served as a surprise dish at Lord Melbourne's birthday dinner.
The Dining Room is a perfect setting for smaller dinner parties and leads on to the Well Lawn.
The Family Dining Room is another perfect setting for smaller dinner parties. The Dining Room and the Family Room are adjoining and display some of the fine architectural features so typical of James Paine's style.
Luxury accommodation in one of Brocket Hall’s 30 bedrooms coupled with traditional butler service, rounds off a perfect and unforgettable evening.
