An amazing opportunity to join the Brocket Hall team! We are looking for a proactive and motivated Marketing Manager to co-ordinate all communications channels across the estate. This will include The Melbourne Club, our 2 AA rosette restaurant Auberge de Lac and Brocket Hall itself.


Located just 22 miles outside of London and surrounded by 543 acres of idyllic Hertfordshire countryside, the quintessentially British Brocket Hall Estate combines spectacular scenery and impeccable service making it a great place to work and a relaxed environment for members and guests.

Salary:  tbc  Hours per week  Full time 

Estate Marketing Manager Role

  • Manage a small team to implement the Marketing plan.
  • Design, develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns;
  • Work with the PR Company and the General Manager/Director on marketing and public relations programmes that promote the Brocket Hall estate.
  • Work in coordination with the Events/Wedding & Membership Teams on marketing events, trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Assist / draft press releases and produce media kits.
  • Ensure the website is kept up to date and reviewed on a regular basis
  • Ensure all Social Media accounts are kept active and identify new opportunities where appropriate. 

Estate Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Extensive Marketing knowledge and experience in hospitality is essential.
  • B.A. in Marketing, Business or organisational development - desirable.
  • Excellent communication & copy writing skills – ability to rework technical text for a broader audience.
  • Sound understanding of the principles of marketing, new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
  • IT proficient: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite & CMS skills required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage a campaign budget.
  • A positive and outgoing personality is essential..
