Golf

Within the opulent surroundings of the Brocket Hall Estate sit our two championship golf courses in magnificent 18th century parkland.

The courses are appropriately named after the Prime Ministers who once resided at Brocket Hall, Lord Palmerston and Lord Melbourne. Both are quintessentially British by design, but at the same time offer a completely different challenge for golfers of all abilities.

Together, they are two of the finest golf courses in England and provide the perfect backdrop for the tournaments and golf days that fill the social calendar. Both courses regularly play host to professional and members' tournaments as well as Pro-Am tournaments where our members can meet and play with professionals from around the world.

The renowned practice facilities of The Melbourne Club Golf Academy and a charmingly positioned luxury Clubhouse on the banks of the Broadwater Lake make The Melbourne Club one of the UK's most exclusive golf venues.

A round with us becomes truly memorable when you include award-winning Modern British dining at Auberge du Lac, laid-back lunches in Watershyppes Restaurant or a stay in the beautiful Melbourne Lodge. But if you really want to live lavishly why not take up private use of the magnificent Brocket Hall itself.

Whether you're here as a Member, for golf coaching, a corporate event, or just for the pleasure of it, your time at The Melbourne Club will always be significantly above par.
